Please READ our policies prior to booking your appointment – booking to your appointment confirms that you agree to the following:

Cancellation & Rebooking

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. Please read our guidelines below:

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.
  • Late Cancellations: Canceling less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit
  • No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged.

Frequent Cancellations or Rescheduling

  • If you cancel or reschedule three or more CONSECUTIVE appointments, we reserve the right to discontinue your ability to book future appointments. Our advice is to refrain from booking any appointment until you are absolutely certain that you will be available.

Important Pre-Treatment Notice

  • Please be aware that if you have recently received any of the following treatments: Botox, fillers, PDO threads, laser treatments, or any invasive procedures (including sunburns), your appointment may be canceled. In this case, the full service fee will be charged, and payments cannot be applied to other treatments or products. A new appointment will need to be scheduled.

No Extra Guests

  • In order to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests unless they are receiving a service.
    If you are under 18, a guardian is welcome to accompany you.

Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice at the time of service.
    Please note, deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, it can be applied to a new booking
    within 30 days. If you LATE cancel, fail to show up, or arrive late for your appointment, your deposit will be kept and may incur additional charges. Deposits must be paid via credit card or cash (where applicable) and cannot be paid with a gift card.
